If, for whatever reason, the dispute cannot be resolved, you may refer to the Plan’s Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure, details of which are available from Towers Watson. To request an Internal Dispute Resolution process leaflet please write to The Chairman of the ADB Committee The ADB Committee will review your complaint and try to reach a satisfactory solution. Any issues that cannot be resolved here may then be referred to the Board of Trustees of the Plan Should all of these channels fail to find a resolution to your complaint, it may be referred to The Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS) and then the Pensions Ombudsman, at the following addresses: TPAS The Pensions Ombudsman |
