You have dependantsA pension is payable to your Eligible Spouse when you die. If you do not have an Eligible Spouse, the Trustee may pay a pension to your nominated dependant. A pension is also payable to your children, if they are under age 18, although there are certain circumstances that would allow a child’s pension to continue in payment beyond this age. To nominate a dependant, it is important that you submit a completed Nomination Form to the Trustee, who will keep the details confidential. You can download these forms by clicking on the buttons below. It is essential that you keep your ‘Expression of Wish’ or ‘Nomination of Dependant’ forms up-to-date, as changes to your personal circumstances may affect your choice of beneficiary. Please remember that payment of a pension to a dependant other than your spouse is at the discretion of the Trustee. |
