You get divorced

Your pension benefits will be taken into account when reaching a divorce settlement. You may need to contact Towers Watson requesting a valuation of your pension. Alternatively, you can ask your legal representative to contact us on your behalf, but we will need your written permission before we can disclose this information.

You may also want to change your ‘Expression of Wish’ or ‘Nomination of Dependant’ forms. You can download these forms by clicking on the buttons below.
