CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE ( CC) Dissolved from 13 February 2009 At a special meeting of the Consultative Committee on 13 February 2009, the Joint Administrators and the Company informed the CC that, due to the Company entering into Administration on 14 January 2009 and the Plan entering into the Assessment process of the Pension Protection Fund (PPF), the CC had ceased to have a formal role as the Plan must now follow PPF process and procedures. The CC has therefore been dissloved during the Assessment process. However some of the former members of the CC have formed the Pension Communication Group (PGC) and more information is given in the FAQ section. E-mail address for PCG contact - glawrence@iee.org
