FSD Determination

The current Q&A v6A (Q1-3, item 3) gives details of the Pensions Regulator’s Financial Support Direction (FSD) process the objective of which is to seek financial support for Plan members from Nortel entities other than NNUK.

The Pensions Regulator’s Determinations Panel (DP) hearing was held on June 2, 2010 and the DP has released its determination notice.
