Appeal Court Ruling on Treatment of FSD/CN under Insolvency Law

In our announcement dated 10 December 2010 we reported that Mr. Justice Briggs found that an FSD/CN should be treated as an expense of the administration.

Following a hearing in July 2011, the court of appeal issued a ruling on October 14 2011 which unanimously upheld the earlier high court ruling.
